This derailleur is a top mount with 34.9 internal derailleur designed for use with 9 speed triple chain rings and features the dual pull mechanism.  It can be shimmed for other seat tube diameters. I have a set of 28.6mm shims if you need them with the derailleur, just let me know at time of sale.
