55% CASHMERE 45% SILK DK [light worsted /8ply] YARN on 3 CONES and a ball FUCHSIA  667 GRAMS INCLUDING CONES

12/01/23 - Found another cone of this yarn when "spring" cleaning and sorting out my workroom :)

Downsizing home and have to sell some yarns as 140 kgs is way too much for one person knitting for a hobby. [Buying yarn has been a second hobby but will not have the space to store all I have when I move;(].

Total weight is 667 grams [1.47 pounds]

A cone weighs 24.1 grams or .85 ounces

So, approx. 594 grams of yarn

This yarn is oiled.  After knitting and sewing up I place my cashmere knits inside an old white cotton pillow case/sham and sew it closed; place it into the washing machine with a 50/50 mix of washing up liquid and wool wash liquid and wash as a wool wash adding hair conditioner to the rinse.  After washing I put into shape and dry flat, the cashmere will bloom and become lovely and soft.  

I've added a screen capture from Colormart website [where I purchased this yarn - closest I can get is 50/50 and 4ply but it shows a rough cost to buy similar today, I've priced this reasonably with this knowledge in mind and postage included in the price.

Roughly 600 grams of Cashmere EXCLUDING THE CONES.
