There are minor scuffs however they are so tiny and the shoes are SO shiny it is difficult to photograph them.  Googling "how to remove scuffs from black patent leather" returns lots of good common sense solutions and easy fixes, but because these are in fact SO minor I personally would not choose to do anything if these were mine to keep.  

The insoles show  some sign of scuffing possibly due to packing material or use of a shoe tree; again minor and difficult to photograph becuase the insoles are shiny too!  

The inside heel of the left shoe shows some disoloration near the seam.  

Please see the last 3 photos where attempts were made to capture the "defects".  The price has been adjusted accordingly.
