Here we have a nice Genuine Oil Painting on Wooden Board, made in England in the second half of 1900s.


Beautiful Miniature Artwork depicting a Crepuscular Seascape with a rough sea crashing on the rocks somewhere probably in the south part of the Isle of Wight.

Executed in a striking Modernist Manner with Quick Brush Strokes in a beautiful Impressionist style.

Signed in the lower left corner C.M. CAUDWELL and dated possibly 1980. At the back there is a labe with the details of the Isle of Wight Based artist.

It comes as found in an elegant Gilt Wood Frame with Ornate Details. Some Marks and scuffs here and there.

Ready to hang.

It will do a stunning feature on the wall.
