This is a relabelled WD red line drive shucked from an external drive case (WD Elements). You may need to use a SATA power to Molex adapter for powering this drive with some power supplies (Item has been used in a home Synology NAS with no need for an adapter (NAS also for sale in a separate listing!)

Item is used, there may be some superficial markings but works fine. Operating condition as presented in the CrystalDiskInfo screenshot.
