A Song of the English by Rudyard Kipling, First Edition with magnificent drawings by W.H. Robinson.

Published by Hodder & Stoughton, London, 1909

Sadly this book is missing two plates - Hobart and Halifax. The plate mount, and tissue, is present for both but the plates are missing.

All other plates are present and in perfect condition - no creases or tears. All tissues present, no creases or tears, all pages present without tears, scribbling or stains. Some foxing in the gutter on one occasion, a little foxing to the upper edge of pages on some occasions. The plates are beautiful and individually worth framing.

Gift inscription to front pastedown, considerable wear and tear to bindings - best described by photos.
