Antique Edwardian Porcupine? Hair Ornament Comb Pin Stick

It’s very very Unusual but sadly broken, it’s is possibly repairable to a point, maybe by putting a rod through it and gluing to spine to the rod.

I cannot find another like it.

Really unsure what it’s made of, I believe porcupine quill and some type of beautifully scrolled silver colour metal.

It is marked, I believe it says CA to RA, possibly husband to wife.

It measures approximately 18cm long at a guess.
