vintage 49mm thread on 3 setting turret with 3 different pinhole sizes for 35mm cameras.  Could also use with 49mm to 52mm step up ring.

Each setting has a spring loaded click stop for each setting, so it rotates and stays in place, obviously vintage made by a camera technician, one of a kind. 

Comes as pictured and working properly.  There is only one built like this!
