This is a year 2000 X-Men the movie fully poseable Wolverine action figure by Toy Biz.  The figure is about 10.5" tall, is wearing an authentic X-Men outfit, includes some dog tag accessories, and is still brand new and factory sealed.  The packaging is overall in good shape though does have some light dents, bends, nicks, scuffs, scratches, and corner & edge wear, though no really major wear and nothing which would effect the package contents. It has been in storage for  years .
