Vintage Emerald Green & Gold Bohemian Moser? Candy Dish Ashtray.

First let me say that I’m not an expert in glassware. My research says this is Moser but I don’t know for sure. Please look at all pictures and be the judge. Very pretty emerald green dish or ashtray with gold color accents. The gold may be real. I don’t know. It measures 4” x 2”. There is a teeny bit of roughness on the edge of one of the dips on the top. Also light paint wear on the gold. Again please look at the pictures and let me know if you need more.
