The Landowner Johann Gottfried Heinrich Teutschbein sold to the Journeyman carpenter Gottfried Kunze in Holzweißig (today OT by Bitterfeld-Wolfen) is located next to Christian Niemann Residential building no. 36 with half a garden in Woody white for 400 thalers.

Dated Bittelfeld, 20. March 1842.

Issued by the Royal Judicial Commission; signed "Rothe". With paper covered seal.

Attached is the relevant one Mortgage note, issued on the same day by the same authority.

Scope: into the. 12 of 16 pages described (33 x 21 cm).

Written on strong paper.
