Here is the centre silencer / muffler for an Alfa Romeo 916 GTV or Spider.   This came witha bunch of spares I acquired for my Spider.  It is from a 2.0 TS but may fit a V6 as well.  It had a hole at one of the brackets but that has been welded up.  It's either oem or a very good quality aftermarket item.
