All items are in excellent condition, and come from a smoke-free and pet-free home. These were played with by one child and then stored in a single "themed" box with only other Legos from this theme. Most pieces have minor dust on them. The two large ships have more dust, as these were on display for some time. No grime or residue that I could find. Instruction manuals are all in good condition, with the occasional slight wear on pages. Some stickers may be worn/peeling. 

To the best of my knowledge all of these sets are 100% complete, aside from the one missing piece mentioned below. I went through each set to check parts and went page by page to make sure the models were good. That said I am human, and there is always the possibility that I missed one piece or made a mistake somewhere. Please be aware of that. I did my best, and if for some reason you find a missing piece other than the ones mentioned I will do my best to find it and send it to you, but there is always the chance that something is missing. Often Lego sets come with a few extra spare parts or miscellaneous extra parts. These are not included with the sets, and only the pieces essential for building each model have been included. If after checking the sets you do find a part missing, please contact me and I will do my best to find it for you. In addition to the instructions, I have some of the boxes (fronts and backs) that were cut down from the full 3d boxes. These show additional scenes and building options, and will be included as well.

I will package all of the assembly instructions together and put cardboard surrounding them to keep them from getting wrinkled. Each of the Lego sets will be packaged individually in a bag. All of this will be packed in a box with lots of padding. Sets will be partially assembled, and broken down where necessary to ship. 

Determining a price for a large lot like this is challenging. To come up with my price, I researched every set included in my listing under recently sold ebay items from the past 1-3 months. I then took the average price, including shipping, that best matched what I had to offer. Some sets could vary in price quite a bit, and when this happened I would take a middle price between the ranges. My "buy it now price" is around 10% under what it would cost to buy each of these individually. Similar lots have sold recently for similar price points.
