This auction is for a gently used Kalloy Quill Stem Goose Neck in super nice condition with perfect threads.

The chromoly stem on this four bolt quill is approximately 4¼ long with a Factory Stamping of: 21.1 96 and the aluminum top will fit a 7/8 handlebar

There is NO Rust, NO Cracks, NO Bends and NO Dents.  I would rate this quill a number 9 out of 10, anything nicer would have to be NOS (New Old Stock).
