Warranty
The warranty for your watch is provided by us Magic Movements in the form of a sellers warranty. This is because we are not affiliated to or authorised dealers of any of the models we sell. This means that watches cannot be registered with Tissot to initiate the warranty as we do not have access to their system. Because of this we cannot sell the watches for RRP and we have to match the warranty offered by the manufacturers (2yr in the case of Tissot). The warranty covers the watch movement, dial and hands are the only parts covered by the warranty. If your watch develops a fault with any of the above it can be returned to us during this time. We will inspect, repair, or replace if necessary. This can take up to 14 days dependant on stock.
Returns
If not completely satisfied with you new watch, you can return the item within 30 days for a free refund. PLEASE NOTE, if any of the protective plastic is removed from the watch when returned a 20% deduction will be taken from the refund amount as the watch cannot be resold or advertised as a brand new model.
