Extremely rare antique cups from 1860-1919. In a collection of items from a lady whose Father served in France during the war, possibly brought home as a gift for his wife. Although they match with the very start of the Art Deco period in 1919 with the style of handle being Art Dec.  The stamp on the bottom indicates that these are over 100 years old. They have some wear, as to be expected and a few marks on the inside if one of the cups and slight discolouration to the rim. No chips or cracks.I have tried to photograph  for clarity.

I can't find a silver hallmark, bit I think that given the tinge that they could possibly be silver.  I have not polished them as I don't want to damage them.

The china rim at the top is uneven, hence again indicating the age and process in producing these. I don't know anymore about them except that they are elegant French small espresso cups from  beautiful bygone era.

So, add a touch of French elegance to your collection with these rare antique espresso cups from Sarreguemines. Crafted in France between 1860 and 1919, these original cups exude vintage charm and are sure to impress any collector. The silver tones and intricate design make them a stunning addition to any decorative cookware and tableware display.

These cups are perfect for enjoying a morning espresso or as a decorative piece for your home. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to own a piece of French history.
