FASHIONED OF A FINE, THIN BROWN LINEN AND IS FULLY HAND SEWN THROUGHOUT.
THE DRESS HAS PUFF SLEEVES WITH COLLAR, BAND CUFFS, BELTING, AND BOTTOM TRIMMED IN WOOL BRAID.
THREE POINTED CENTERED ROUND MOTHER OF PEARL BUTTONS WITH METAL SHANKS CLOSE THE REAR.
COMES WITH MATCHING LONG SLEEVED CUT AWAY JACKET WITH PIPED SEAMS AT THE ARMS AND BRAID TRIMS ALL AROUND. A SMALL WHITE NOVELTY PLEAT DETAILING IS AT THE NECKLINE EDGE.
CONDITION: EXTREMELY HEAVY BROWN AGE STAINING IS SEEN THROUGH BOTH PIECES. NOTE THE CONDITION, ESTATE FRESH AND WE HAVE MADE NO ATTEMPT TO CLEAN. A HALF INCH OF WOOL BRAID IS MISSING FROM EACH SHORT SLEEVE OF THE DRESS WITH SOME SMALL ABSENCE TO THE BRAID AT THE BOTTOM RIGHT SIDE SKIRTING AS WELL AS THE REAR BELTING.
