Portrait of Caracalla plaster sculpture is a handmade cast copy of the original. The plaster cast mask of Caracalla has a metal hook attached on the back for hanging on the wall. Handmade and made to order by classically trained sculptor and plaster cast maker Nicholas H Wood.

The original Portrait of Caracalla is a bust sculpture depicting the Roman Emperor Caracalla. It is made of marble and is believed to have been created in the early 3rd century AD during Caracalla's reign. The sculpture is currently housed in the Vatican Museums, specifically in the Sala Rotonda. The bust shows Caracalla with a serious expression, and his face is characterised by his distinctive short beard and curly hair. The sculpture is considered to be one of the most important Roman portraits in existence.
