Description
This listing is for a vintage 1960’s white telephone made by Western Electric for Bell Systems. It is model: 500DM as stamped on the back and shown in pictures. It has RJ11jacks for both the receiver and line cord. It has been tested and is in good working condition. The handset and dialer ring base are an off white contrasting color and the handset also has a volume control wheel on the inside of the handle.
It is very clean and the dial is also in great working condition. These phones are solid and well made with quality materials they just don’t make things this well anymore.
What a cool piece of history that brings back so many memories for me anyway. It has that great real bell telephone ring too!
