It's Handmade but the Passementerie Pattern was sewn by machine. It has no label. Found in a Moroccan Medina.
Call it Ethnic Couture for the time it was made -- pre-modern Casablanca had women still fully covered in black.
Passementerie Trim Icons on the Skirt are 16-3/4" High Overall with Border around Hem = 3-1/2" High
There's 1 Icon Pattern on the Front of the Skirt & 2 Icon Patterns on the Back
THE SEWING FORM WAIST IS A BIT SMALLER THAN THE SKIRT & ITS BUST IS LARGER THAN THE VEST
