Mantua HO Scale Santa Fe 2-8-2 Steam Locomotive #4073 with Coal Tender.  This locomotive is in poor condition. I bench tested it and it does light, but  I could not get it to run.  It's missing parts.  The tender did make noise.  Needs restorations or be used for parts.  Please see pictures.
