Model: Fontainebleau Chron-Matic Calibre 11
Condition: This listing is for a vintage Hamilton Fontainebeau Chrono-matic Calibre 11 chronograph wristwatch for restoration or parts. This watch is coming to you as found and as shown. It is currently in a non-running state however, it does have a good balance staff and there is no wobble to the balance wheel. The movement appears to be fairly clean and shows no evidence of moisture damage and looks complete. The balance wheel seems like it is overbanked and will not rock back and forth freely, instead it moves studders back and forth rapidly and quickly comes to a stop. The watch winds and sets smoothly with the original signed Hamilton crown. The dial is fairly clean but does have some light spots here and there as shown. The minute register hand is a replacement and has moved since the pictures have been taken. The crystal also appears original but does have blemishes around the perimeter on the edge as you can probably see in the pictures. The crystal/case gasket is split but does go all the way around the case for a seal. The stainless steel case appears unpolished and has scratches throughout from normal use. The pushers are not moving like they should and either frozen or moving very little. This is an early example as it has the serial number on the edge of the inner case as shown. The later models were not numbered or at least not all were numbered.

Payment
eBay uses Managed Payments and the only method of payment is PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may check out as a guest on PayPal using your credit or debit card. I will gladly accept the old fashioned method of payment if/when that is your only option however, all other methods will have a delay until cleared.
Shipping
We combine shipping whenever possible to reduce your cost as long as it does not compromise the safety of fragile purchases. INTERNATIONAL: We use eBay's Global Shipping Program for ALL international transactions. We CANNOT combine shipping on our end. Taxes, duties and the expensive fees are between buyer and eBay. WE HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IT.
