Skirt has a big wad of paper out of it. I will include all the paper streamers. If you are patient I imagine you could attach them back by small drop of glue to the ones still hanging.

Costume is a green paper hula skirt, red sweater, flower lei and bracelet, flower for hair, bag and black mask. 

This is the crepe paper version.

 I believe it is complete.
