This exceptional vase is over 14" inches tall measures 4 1/4" inches at the bottom and  around 4 1/2"  inches at its widest and narrows down to 3 1/4" inch at the opening. On the water along with a house and tree and a windmill and house in the third panel. Beautiful etched roses on the other parts. This is an exceptional piece and a rare find
