Brand new in the box. I only opened it to see if it all was there. It’s been in the Styrofoam so long that you will see in the pictures. Some of the Styrofoam is sticking onto the cords. That can just be chipped off.

1998. As you can see on the target receipt. Bought way back then for $49.

This was meant to work in the car.

This is not tested by me. I did not want to disturb any of the parts.
