To increase product longevity and reduce wear and tear, it is recommended to regularly rotate or cycle through the use of multiple items.
✓ Can be worn with or without shoes, just insert your foot into the soft fabric sleeve, centering the gel on the inside of the sole of your foot, put on your socks , put on your shoe.
✓ The gel toe separator pad should rest in the middle of the arch. The "L" (left) and "R" (right) indicator should be on the upper part of the foot. Position the black alignment mark so it lines up with the center of the big toe.
✓ Remove for at least 4 hours daily to allow the skin to breathe
✓ Wash and dry your feet thoroughly. Do NOT place product on an open wound
✓ Hand wash, let air dry and sprinkle lightly with talcum powder if gel becomes tacky.
