The innkeeper LTD from JK Audio is an audio interface that enables you to cleanly separate the caller's voice from a telephone conversation on a standard telephone line for use in broadcasting, live sound, podcasting, and more. In addition to separating the caller's voice on a balanced XLR, the innkeeper LTD allows you to send a line-level signal into the phone line. The benefit of using the innkeeper LTD is that it automatically applies complex digital signal processing to keep out echoes and crosstalk to truly separate the audio signals.

Because the innkeeper LTD accepts a line-level signal as its input, it's intended to be used with a mixing board, or a microphone preamplifier of some kind. Dialing outgoing calls can be made with a telephone connected to its auxiliary phone input, or with the separately available Guest Module 1. The innkeeper LTD can be set up to answer calls automatically, or with the Call button. Calls can be hung up with the Drop button, and 3-segment LED meters are provided to visually monitor its output levels.
