Both hub adapters are missing the three flexible tabs on the sides. These easily break off over time. I honestly never noticed a difference with or without them. I tested them on both my Tascam 32 and Revox B77 and they worked just fine. They show some signs of age and wear. 

Because they are missing the 6 tabs I am selling them AS-IS for parts not working.
