New. From a new Marshall Studio Classic SC20H "JCM 800 Lead" 20-Watt Guitar Head purchased on eBay from Germany. It is for use at 230V at 50Hz. (see pictures of the amp the transformer was from). I wanted a blue amp and they were not available in the U.S.A. Purchased the amp in the photos and took it to an authorized Marshall repair tech and he swapped in the correct power transformer for use in the U.S.A. This transformer will not work at 115V US power levels.
