F.A.Q:

1. These are 5MP (3000TVL) HD cameras, can we still use them on my current non-HD recorder?

A: No, non-HD recorders can't handle HD signal inputs so can't use HD cameras. For example, if your recorder supports only up to 1MP cameras (1000TVL) then it will not recognize 2MP signal. Please check your recorder's user manual for details. If not sure, please contact us for help. 

But if your recorder supports higher definition, such as 5MP, then it backward compatible with lower definition cameras like 1MP/2MP/2.4MP..

2. What is BNC camera? Can we connect the BNC camera with my normal DVD player?

A: BNC are radio frequency connectors that are used with coaxial cable. Compare to normal coaxial connectors, they have more secured quick release bayonet connection. BNC cameras can only be connected with CCTV recorders with BNC inputs.

3. It says JUSTOP branded, can we use these cameras on other brand CCTV recorders?

A: yes, as long as your recorder supports 2MP input. Our cameras are 4-in-1 camera, supports CVI, AHD,  TVI and Analog CVBS four different modes, works with a wide range of recorders. 

4. I already has some cameras installed on my CCTV recorder, can we mix them with yours?

A: Yes, you can. These cameras supports multi output modes can be used with exiting cameras.

5. Does it support night vision? Why I can't see lots of LEDs around the lens like my old cameras?

A: yes, our cameras support 20M night vision. Our cameras use new LED technology (SMD), these LED chips consume less power, have further range and offer better thermal management. Old cameras uses lots of LED caps, because these caps has lower luminance, you have to use lots of them to get better nightvision.

Returns

You have 30 days from placing your order to return an item to us. We do not accept returns on items that have been used/installed but we will offer a replacement for a faulty item. In some cases if the item is in used or damaged condition, we will issue a partial refund.

We will issue full refund only if the item is received with it's full, original packaging and falls within the outlined time frame.
