LEGO set 21328-1, Seinfeld, is a 1,326 piece LEGO Ideas set based on Jerry Seinfeld's infamous TV apartment along with minifigures Jerry Seinfeld, George Costanza, Cosmo Kramer, Elaine Benes and Newman! Included in the set is a bunch of hidden Easter eggs all based on some amazing TV comical moments from the 180 episodes. Also included is the stage of the comedy club where the iconic opening and closing monologue stook place. This set is sure to be a highly sought after collectable for Seinfeld and non-Seinfeld fans alike.

It was released in 2Q 2021for a retail price of $79.99and was retired in 3Q 2022 with a lifespan of only 16 months.

The set is now retired, and sales volume remains limited (for new/unsealed boxes). During the past year (Apr-2023 to Apr-2024) the value of the set increased +29.1% (new/sealed), likely due to limited inventory on the secondary market, increasing demand and one of the most iconic TV series sets that has now been retired. 

Currently, sets listed (new/sealed) on eBay in the range of $91 to $184 (depending on condition). Sets sold in Apr-2024 (new, sealed) fetched between $186 and $206, indicating lack of inventory and increasing demand.  For used sets, the typical price range is between $65 and $102 (depending on the condition).

Expected annual growth (+9%) over the medium term remains strong and within the next 2 years is significant. Expectations call for a +19.5% gain in 2024 and +34.7% gain in2025. This is well above the average yearly gains other Licensed sets have achieved.

• The Seinfeld set was officially announced on July 5th, 2021, which marked the anniversary of the airing of the fist Seinfeld episode on July 5th, 1989.
• The fan designer of the set for LEGO Ideas, Brent Waller, submitted his idea to the LEGO Ideas platform 2 years ago, for the 30th anniversary of the show. The project gathered the 10,000 votes needed to be considered for review, and 2 years later, it turned into an official set.
• Early access to the set was available on July 21st, 2021, to LEGO VIP members.
• In addition to Jerry's apartment, the set includes a comedy stage used for the opening and closing TV spots (and sometimes in-between) and accessories inspired by the show, including a statue, muffin top, The Marble Rye, Prognosis Negative videotape, Commando 8 air conditioner, pretzels that are making me thirsty and Festivus pole.
