WHAT IS A LIVE BOX BREAK?
You
purchase the team listed in the title of this listing box/case break.
If there's any of this team's players pulled from that box/case it
would be mailed to you. You are in other words splitting the cost of
a box of the product with multiple other buyers, who are bidding to
obtain cards of their respective teams at a fraction of the price of
buying a box/case entirely.

WHAT IF MY TEAM DOES NOT PULL ANY CARDS?
In
the unlikely event that your team does not draw a “Insert/Hit card”
from a live break, you will be sent ONE
random surprise bonus card.
WHAT IF A PLAYER IS PULLED FROM A DEFUNCT TEAM?
Defunct/relocated team hits will go to the current NHL Franchise City in existence. Ex.: Minnesota North Stars players awarded to Dallas Stars. Quebec Nordiques players awarded to Colorado Avalanche. Hartford Whalers players awarded to Carolina Hurricanes, Atlanta Thrashers players awarded to Winnipeg Jets Franchise, Montreal Expos players awarded to Washington Nationals Franchise etc.
WHAT IF THE CARD HAS TWO PLAYERS FROM TWO DIFFERENT TEAMS?
We will set the card aside until the end of the live break. Then, we will Spin the wheel to see who will be awarded the card.
WHAT IF MORE THAN 3 PLAYERS NOT FROM SAME TEAM ON CARD?
Awarded
to the majority team in a 2/3 players per same team. If from 3
different teams, we spin the wheel!
WHAT IF A PLAYER PLAYED FOR 2 TEAMS OR MORE IN ONE SEASON?
The
card will be granted to the team logo which is pictured on the card
by the series issuer.
WHAT IF (OTHER)?
Player in All-Star Jersey: Awarded to the team the player was actively playing for during that season, up to the All-Star Contest.
Player in Junior Hockey Jersey or National Jersey: Card will be awarded to the player's current NHL team at time of product release (i.e. SP AUTHENTIC Released for 2020-21, card will be awarded to the player's team for that respective season).
Retired player: Will be awarded to the team which has its logo on the jersey/image on card. In the event of the player appearing without a team jersey or logo, the card will be awarded to the NHL team which the player recorded the most regular season games played for.
Celebrity
card, other: Spin Wheel
Redemption Card/Code Card: #1 We check if the card has been assigned (at the time of the break) to a team based on card company's information/checklist. If card has been assigned (at the time of the break), the card is awarded to assigned team. #2 If card is unassigned (at the time of the break), all teams will go into the Spin Wheel and the winner of the Spin Wheel gets awarded the card.
WHAT WILL BE SHIPPED TO ME?
Only the "hit card(s)" or insert(s) from the team which you purchased, as listed in the title of this auction. Base cards do not ship.

WHAT IF I WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN 2 OR MORE BREAKS?
The listing(s) which you are bidding on for the first break has to be paid before the scheduled start time of the break as mentioned in the description and the image section. If you are participating in two consecutive breaks, the first break has to be paid individually as to guarantee your spot in said break. Please note that we will take account of the fact that you are participating in multiple breaks and will proceed to refund you any extra shipping fees which were charged for breaks occurring on the same night

PAYMENT
Payment must be completed before the scheduled start time of the live break. Unpaid orders will be cancelled if unpaid before the scheduled start time. Taxes applicable to Canadian buyers.
SHIPPING
All cards shipped securely with a combination of card sleeves, top loaders, team bags, rigid cardboard and/or bubble mailer. We offer 5 day shipping on break orders. We ship out orders once a week (Every Mondays).
Cost for combined shipping is 1$CAD per additional team per break and per day. Each break must be paid individually before the scheduled start time of the indicated break.
Canada : $3.00CAD for first team, $1.00CAD per additional team, per day.
U.S.A. : $7.50CAD for first team, $1.00CAD per additional team, per day.
