This item is a ceramic wall tile with hanger.  It displays a very interesting scene with horses, riders, reflections in water and modern multicolored background that looks like trees near a cliff.  The frame of the tile is a gold tan color.  It is approximately 8 inches X 8 inches. 

It has one small scratch (see pictures) and a few small marks that don't seem to wash off.  They are not very noticeable.

Quite an interesting tile.
