I have many of these and here they are for you to enjoy!  These are deadstock patches that never really made it into circulation due to some "factory flaws".  The ones I picked out to sell here are really just off-center.  If you look at the main photo you can see where the "Bass" appears in varied spots (off by just millimeters on most).  

Appear to be sew-on.  Measures 4" x 3".
