Postal history item(s) may be opened on sides, have sealed flaps, tears, folds, scuffs, gouges, or stamp damage.  Returns are always accepted if condition is worse than expected.  I am also a collector and will treat you as I would like to be treated as a buyer.  I try not to list rubbish.  I list what I do not collect and have as surplus.

POSTAGE
Within UK: As stated on the item listing.  Total lots that go above 100g or are more than 5 mm thick when packed have a reduced savings.  I always do my best to reduce postage costs where possible.  Usually I charge £1.10 plus 10 p per extra cover.
Europe and Worldwide:  As stated but will change the more items you buy.  Feel free to contact me for the exact postage and packing.  Large letter mailings require a Customs Declaration by Royal Mail (CN-22).  Please contact me if you are concerned about any further charges on your purchases.
Multiple Items will always be combined for postage charges.  Usually I charge £2.70 plus 10 p per additional cover for Europe and £5 plus 10p per additional cover for Worldwide.

All stamps are sent on stockcards in a card reinforced envelope and Proof of Postage is obtained from Royal Mail for every dispatch.  Packing may sometimes be from reused items sent to me in the mail.  All are checked to be suitable for philatelic material and reuse.

Returns
Returns are accepted up to 14 days after receipt of items if found not to be as described.  Mixed lots and collections are non-returnable if mentioned in description.

Full money back refund if not satisfied.  Please contact me as soon as possible to help speed up any refund.  Please read my eBay feedback comments to see what my buyers think.  All stamps are scanned in good resolution to confirm any returns are the same as those sent.  If different stamps are returned then eBay will be informed of the attempted fraud.
