Having a clearout - try a cheeky (but not comedy!) offer and see what I can do!

A very very rare pair of 26 x 1 1/4” (not mountain bike size!!!) 597mm wheels which are 650 size (not 650A, 650B or 650C). More information is on Sheldon Brown website. These are period correct for English early 1950s racing bikes.

Includes brand new Schwalbe 32-597 tyres.

The rims are ALUMINIUM WEINMANN so you can actually get decent braking unlike chromed or stainless rims!!!!

32 hole front

40 hole rear

Front and rear hubs are “British Hub Co” sivada hubs with oil ports.

Rear is fixed / freewheel but could be used as fixed / free by altering the axle spacing.

Rear is 120mm. Front is almost 100mm.

Try and find another pair of period correct 26 x 1 1/4” wheels / rims to upgrade your classic early 1950s bike, with the correct 32/40 hole spacing.
