Manitowoc 4100W Crawler Crane - Sarens Weiss Bros 1:50 Scale Model #20-1065.  This crane is in need of restoration. I believe all parts are included but the cable is all tangled, one trac needs repair and the boom needs repairs.  Please see pictures.  This is a highly sought after piece that will make a very nice collectible when put back together.
