Mackie 1202-VLZ3 Premium 12 Channel Pro Mic/Line Mixer Audio Mixing Console.  Comes with power cord only, no other parts or accessories included.  Basic functions have been checked and unit appears to be in good working condition, all knobs and buttons are in good shape and operate as they should.  Unit has some light cosmetic wear in spots from use, and one spot in the upper right where something was previously glued to the unit.  No major damage or issues.
