This is a retired police jacket made by Taylor's Leathercraft of Tennessee.  This is dated February 5, 1990; the leather is thick and supple (newer jackets seem to have leather that is a little thinner and not as soft).  It's a dark brown, almost black.

There are stitch holes on both shoulders where the police department patches were removed.  On each chest there is an additional piece of leather to hold the shield. No abrasions or cuts, the jacket is in excellent condition.  Zipper is heavy duty and works well.

Jacket is a heavy 5 lbs. This comes with the Thinsulate liner.

These outside dimensions are measured with the jacket zipped up and laid flat.  Note that with the liner zipped in, the fit will be a little more snug,

Chest (armpit to armpit) = 24"
Shoulder (seam to seam) = 19.5"
Length (neck seam to hem) = 26"
Sleeves (shoulder seam to cuff) = 26"
