Condition: The majority or our items are either Old, Second Hand or Both and as a result they may have signs of wear and tear commensurate with age or use that you wouldn't see on a brand-new item. We always describe the items accurately, to the best of our knowledge but we are not experts or infallible and may miss something. So, if you have any questions, please contact us before bidding. 

As there is widespread confusion about the difference between chips, nicks, hairlines, or cracks. Here is how we see it:

A nick is a tiny bit of damage smaller than 1mm and a chip is something you can see with the eye; a hairline runs over the surface glazing but not the body of the item and a crack runs through the body of the item, usually weakening its structure.

Shipping: Delivery to the Mainland UK will take 3-5 working days, via either Courier, or Royal Mail 2nd Class recorded. If you want it quicker, we also offer several options for a faster delivery, so if you require the item quicker, just select the Royal Mail 24hr special delivery (Next Day by 1pm) or 1st Class recorded (1 to 2 days) to get it faster from the postage options. We despatch all items within 3 days of payment being received. Sorry but we do not dispatch at weekends or bank holidays. Also, we reserve the right to change the method of dispatch if circumstances change.
