Very condition sensitive set. If you have seen, almost very single Hamilton International Refractor are OC (off-centered) quality! I thought this had a chance at a 10. POP says 2, but it’s really 1. I owned the other 9 and cracked it and got a BGS 9.5 almost 20+ years ago!!
