Items can be returned for a full refund if in line with eBay's return policy.

Items sold new with tags must be returned with tags undamaged and not removed. If tags are removed or damaged then a 25% deduction will be made from refund due to the reduced resale value of the item. Attempts to manipulate the returns process will be reported to ebay. Items are subject to full inspection upon return prior to refund is processed and appropriate security identifying marks checked to ensure item is the same, and in same condition, as when it was sent.
