these are stamped a size UK 9, which is typically a mens US 10... HOWEVER vintage docs often ran SMALL and these probably fit like a MENS US 9 or 9.5 at most! they will NOT fit a US 10. the inside length of the footbed is 10 and 5/8 inches.
BEN soled, vintage 1990's, MADE IN ENGLAND, 14-eye, steel toe, model 1940 dr martens WITH COMMANDO SOLES! very rare.
the soles have some superficial damage to the bottoms of them as shown in the picture. looks like little burn marks in them or something. but the damage is just on the surface and has absolutely no effect on them.
these being true 20th century vintage they can last for decades, whereas modern made docs, including modern made in england docs ALL get holes in the leather and soles in just 6 months if you wear them daily. modern docs are literally disposable footwear, but true vintage docs are built to last.
