This is a set of heirloom Rogers Bros silver plate forks with Stainless Steel blades.  They could do with a silver polishing,  but are in good shape otherwise.   All 4 are engraved on one side.  There are other Sylvia 1934 items avaiable from Silverpattern.com.   Combined shipping available.  I always ship in a box.
