Console powers on if using Safe Mode. The HDMI port does not output any video, but the AV port does. When booting through Safe Mode, the system will load up the XMB but freezes shortly after - appears to be a dying HDD but it may be something else. Not all functions were able to be tested due to this, but at the very least the AV, USB ports, power button, and drive ejection appear to work.

Cosmetically, system is in fair condition with visible scratches and wear to all surfaces of the system.
