Madonna & Child Resin Wall Plaque Mary & Baby Jesus Wall Art MCM

This vintage 1950-60s wall plaque features an intricately carved image of the Virgin Mother Mary holding baby Jesus. Mary is standing on a branch and wears a flowing robe holding baby Jesus aloft. A beautiful, serene rendering.

The piece is made of hard plastic resin and has a faux woodgrain look with a hole on the backside to hang on a wall. 

No maker’s mark that I can see, however there is a Number “2” on the back.

The item is perfect for collectors of Christian statues and figures and would make a beautiful addition to any home or religious space. The country/region of manufacture for this item is unknown.
