With all purchases, immediate payment is required. Here you can pay securely via Paypal. Once your payment has successfully cleared we will ship your item that very same day (orders placed before 4pm Mon-Fri UK time).

(1) Introduction

We understand that from time to time you may need to return a product to us. Returning a product is nice and simple and we have created this 30 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. If you have any questions, need help or advice when returning something please don’t hesitate to contact us.

(2) Returns

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

• We receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of purchase of the product.
• The returned product is unused, in its original packaging with any seal or shrink-wrap intact, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
• You comply with the returns procedure set out below.
• None of the exclusions set out below apply.

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy, unless of course your product has been damaged or is faulty (See section 6 below).

(4) Exclusions

The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:

• Food, drink and any other product liable to deteriorate within the period set out above.
• DVDs, CDs other audio or video or audio-visual recordings.
• Computer software (whether on CD-ROM, DVD-ROM or otherwise).
• Newspapers, periodicals, magazines or similar products.
• Toiletries and cosmetics.
• Any product made to your specification.
• Any product made to order.
• Gift vouchers.
• Earrings or body jewellery

(5) Refunds

We will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event; within 30 days of the day we received your returned product.

(6) FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If the product that you have received is faulty or damaged in any way please accept our sincere apologies for your inconvenience. Under these circumstances please first contact us.

Your return must also be sent along with your order number/ID or preferably with a copy of your invoice.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot provide a FREEPOST address If you are located outside the United Kingdom, however your return postage costs will be reimbursed upon receipt of the returned package. If located outside the UK please return your package via standard airmail only, but please obtain proof of postage at your local Postage Office.

(7) IMPROPER RETURNS

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

• We will not refund or exchange the product.
• We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product.
• If we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.

If you walk the walk, you gotta talk the talk. Check out our Retro Word and Term Glossary page for a nice big list of the once popular slang words and phrases. You’ll probably find that you use many of them still today.

2.IMMERSE YOURSELF IN RETRO SOUNDS
This is such an easy one as most of us like music from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and/ or 90’s, which can now be considered as Retro, though some feels more Retro than others SO you just go with whatever floats your boat. However, we’re thinkin’ ‘Electric 80’s’!

3. JOIN THE RETRO REVOLUTION AND BASK IN YOUR RETRO COMMUNITY

4.PUT ON YOUR RETRO THREADS
Dressing Retro is an absolute must. A true Retro Styler won’t be too concerned with following the latest fashions, whether a particular Retro Style may be in on the high street or not, dress Retro whatever the day, month or year and you can’t go wrong.

At Retro Styler we love those bold Retro colours man and if we see a spot of gray we can’t help but attack with some crazy rainbow colours. Do the same, but maybe get permission before redecorating your neighbour’s car.

Retro Styler Ltd was formed in October 2009. We came up with the idea for a ‘Retro Superstore’ whilst we were shopping for our own retro Knick Knacks (As we too LOVE anything retro!). There seemed to be a few retro stores on the net, some selling retro sweets, others that sell only retro clothes or gadgets etc, but we were yet to come across an ‘All Retro Store’ - a one-stop-shop where members of the retro community could go to buy a large range of retro products.

It was then that we had our Eureka moment and thought “Aha, this is just what us Retro Fans need!!" … and SO Retro Styler was born.
