Toy made in West Germany. Does not come with wind up key.   Like most collector's have a wind up key on my key ring. When toy is held in the hand and turned toy responded, (head moved back and forth) but it has tired spring and did not move at all across table when placed there.  It is old and worked, but if not enough for buyer I do take returns.  

SHIPPING. Been sending small items in $8.00 PO Box, to make as inexpensive as possible for quick delivery. Buyer wrote back even though toy arrived in good shape, preferred I use larger box that can fit bubble wrap around items. So will do that. Shipping will be what PO charges by weight. And box size.  Trying to list a few smalls so can fit few items together if several purchased to decrease shipping costs.
