Mens Euro 48 - USA - 12.5. These are pretty spot on size wise.
Ended up going back one size to 47 for a more snug fit.
These shoes were only used on 2 rides. I ended going back one size to 47's and they definitely fit better. These do have a generous toebox but I would not call it wide - just medium width. Stiff and Fast shoe - you feel the power transfer. Detailed Photos attached and include the Shimano SPD Cleats. Inserts have zero wear - I use custom inserts.
