This listing is for the artbook and artprint from the Collectors Edition version of resident evil village, NOTHING ELSE FROM THE COLLECTORS EDITION IS INCLUDED.

Artbook and print are in excellent condition, sadly tho when the Collectors Edition was released the packaging can cause marks on artbook due to materials so has some of those marks, but I've not seen an artbook from it without those kinds of marks.
